Inspiration

We've had trouble staying productive with virtual learning this year, and felt that next year was a good time to get better and start the new year more productively. Therefore, we built an app that would help us get better.

What it does

Our app helps students stay organized while learning. It allows us to time activities and see our data. It includes schedules and to-do lists in order to help students keep track of everything.

How I built it

I used the program code.org

Challenges I ran into

Communication was difficult without being able to meet in person. We also encountered some technical difficulties programming this, such as the code for the stopwatch. We struggled to get it into hh:mm: ss format.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

The front end looks welcoming, and we worked hard to code a functional stopwatch.

What I learned

We learned how to build and design an idea in a short amount of time, which neither of us had done before.

What's next for Productivity in the New Year

We'd like to make it more targeted towards virtual learning, and add study tips and small reminders about drinking water and other useful things that students can tend to forget.
