Inspiration

Procurement has a lot of moving parts, and it's not just about finding out suitable vendors. Often, you have to do a deep research to understand the companies, market, geopolitical situation and other relevant factors for you to be able to not only pick the best choice, but also the one that delivers, and one which will agree on terms that ultimately cover your business in case things go south. Not to forget the amount of communication you have to do before you can actually start negotiating these details!

Because AI agents are great in automatic a lot of these processes, we have decided to put them to a good use.

What it does

End-to-end procurement process automation, starting with creating RFQ with chatbot, searching and vetting potential vendors/suppliers + preparing a benchmark. This information is then displayed in a dashboard, where users can select which companies should be contacted. Then, the platform automates contacting vendors, answering their questions, and collecting their quotes. Afterwards, users can see those proposals in the dashboard and request a comparison, where the tool will analyze them and give its recommendation.

How we built it

AI agents and automation of e-mail communication was handled by Duvo.ai platform, per terms of the hackathon. The dashboard is based on Vue and Express.js. Coding was done using OpenCode backed by Gemini Pro 3.1.
