Inspiration
I was inspired by my current work as a real estate professional.
What it does
A mobile app that provides a range of prices for new construction homes in Atlanta and/or cost of real estate development. Leveraging Gemini the app predicts homes cost via user inputted parcels of land.
How we built it
On a no code app called flutterflow.
Challenges we ran into
API integration wasn’t hard at all, but configuration of IAM policies, Specifically for service account users to generate content, was the lengthiest process.

What we learned
The difference between training and fine-tuning models. Also, got to learn about messages fields in JSON files, and the role/content pairs in AIs.
