Inspiration

Instructors who teach adults one to one are expected to write notes after every lesson and track recurring mistakes. Done by hand, this is easy to skip on busy days, and progress feedback becomes vague.

What it does

From a lesson recording in a folder the instructor names, the Skill transcribes the lesson, drafts a structured note (topics, exercises, homework, mistake types with transcript quotes, next focus), saves it to the learner's folder only after the instructor confirms, and at week's end drafts a progress summary built only from that week's saved notes. It never sends messages and never invents scores.

How we built it

A single orchestration SKILL.md with two short references, following the Uliya Skill Development Standard. It delegates to NAS experts (file, knowledge, document agents) and handles every task state explicitly. Claude (Anthropic) helped draft the Skill text and proposal.

Status

Validated with the official check tool in uliya-skill-kit 0.7.3 (static-pass, 0 errors, 0 warnings). Not yet run on a NAS the test plan is in the proposal.

What's next

Run the test plan on the finalist test day: noisy audio, overlapping speakers, missing or duplicate recordings, empty weeks.
