The problem PrivacyForge solves

Have you ever been curious about how your documents have been used and accessed? Historically, we have been forced to rely on banks, giving them certified copies of our vital records and crossing our fingers for safe and responsible handling. But we firmly feel that a change is warranted. You can now take control of your papers with PrivacyForge. You can actively control who has access to your papers and closely monitor how often they are viewed, so you don't need to just hope for the best.

Challenges we ran into

The hardest obstacle to overcome was ceasing to take screenshots. Encouraging users to do transactions through PrivacyForge alone can help resolve this. You might now argue that they might fabricate a user account and submit the screenshot of the paper, but here is where our machine learning algorithm enters the picture. On every node, a deep learning algorithm will be executed, and duplicates will be checked. The package for the push protocol was incompatible with the most recent versions of NPM and React, which meant we had to modify the code on the module ourselves and could only be used locally. This was the other major issue.
