The idea for this project came from observing that many prison systems still rely heavily on manual processes. These outdated methods lead to inefficiencies, human errors, lack of transparency, and potential security risks. In regions where digital transformation is slow, prison management often suffers from poor record handling, unoptimized staff operations, and limited monitoring capabilities.

This inspired us to design a system that leverages modern technologies like Artificial Intelligence to bring automation, accuracy, and transparency into correctional facilities.
