Inspiration

There is a lack of education on BIPOC people in the LGBTQ+ community, and as a team of people in some or both of those communities, we wanted to be able to provide a fun way to provide that education.

What it does

This is a 2D Platformer where you collect gems to learn information about the BIPOC LGBTQ+ community. Collect all of the gems to win.

How we built it

This was built using Unity and C# scripts.

Challenges we ran into

Our main challenge was connecting Unity to GitHub.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of learning new things and gaining new skills to make this project become a reality.

What we learned

We learned how important teamwork and communication are to reach a common goal.

What's next for Prism Journey

If we continue with this project, we would add more people to the game, more mechanics, and more popups with facts and/or statistics.
