Inspiration
I am a non resident Indian living in Qatar. My phonecall with my grandmother the previous week was what inspired me to make this.
What it does
It is a website to help combat elderly isolation.People can create virtual social groups and discover local events happening around them.
How we built it
Using python, streamlit and css
Challenges we ran into
The only programming language i knew was python.I had to pull an all nighter to watch countless youtube videos to learn how css worked
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Since this is my first hackathon and coding project I am proud that I built a website with whatever I knew .
What we learned
I got to learn Css and more about python
What's next for Prime Timers
Once I expand my coding knowledge and learn nore languages I'll be sure to come back to make this website better with enhanced features.
