Inspiration

As a previous contractor writing accurate professional proposals weas essential to winning jobs.

What it does

I created a platform that makes job proposals of different sectors easy to build, send, track in one place. Enhanced the experience with AI tools such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs.

How we built it

-React + TypeScript front end (Tailwind + shadcn/ui). -Supabase for auth, Postgres, and storage. -OpenAI functions turn notes into clear copy. -ElevenLabs TTS creates the audio recap. -Recharts and React Query power live analytics.

Challenges we ran into

1. keeping everything mobile friendly
2. learning how to send proposals from the a mobile device using a web app
3. intergrating ElevenLabs with OpenAI
4. PDF formatting for email and download
