PreventPath is a preventive-care navigator for the NHS that takes a person's health data and postcode and tells them what they need most: which preventive checks they may be eligible for, which key measurements are missing, and exactly where to go locally to get them. Its core insight is honesty, instead of faking a risk score from incomplete data, it tells you a reliable estimate isn't possible yet and routes you to a free pharmacy BP check or NHS Health Check to fill the gap. A deterministic, NICE-grounded rules engine makes every clinical decision, while the LLM (GLM-5.1 via z.ai) only renders those facts into plain English and a GP-ready not, it never diagnoses, prescribes, or invents a number. PreventPath doesn't tell you what treatment to take; it tells you what's missing, which NHS pathway applies, and how to have a better-prepared conversation with your GP.
