prevention of animal casualities from train accident.

According to a government estimate, 31 animals die every day due to casualty by the train accident.

Our project generates a fear frequency for the animal to leave the track immediately. It is done by an early warning system which uses IR cameras to detect animals on the track.

I built it by using Raspberry on which IR camera is mounted which senses the presence of animals. Using Machine Learning to detect the type of animal and generate fear frequency according to that type of animal. It uses decentralize system which is installed on every 2nd trackside electric poles which continuously monitor the track for any suspicious activities and alert the nearest station about the activity (if any).
