Inspiration
Living in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I noticed a significant gap in the men's accessory market. High humidity levels meant that standard jewelry would rust or fade within weeks. I wanted to build a platform that not only sold products but educated users on "Climate-Engineered" materials like 316L Stainless Steel.
What it does
Prestige Styles is a custom-optimized e-commerce platform built on Shopify. It features:
- Dynamic Collection Filtering: Users can sort by material type (Steel vs. Leather).
- Fast-Load Optimization: Optimized for mobile data networks in Bangladesh.
- Direct WhatsApp Integration: For instant customer support and order verification.
How we built it
We utilized the Shopify Liquid templating engine to customize the frontend experience. The backend relies on standard Shopify APIs for inventory management, integrated with local courier APIs (Pathao/Steadfast) for automated delivery tracking.
What's next for Prestige Styles
We are currently developing an AR (Augmented Reality) feature to let users "try on" rings and bracelets using their phone camera before purchasing.
