Preplytics is an AI-powered personalized learning platform inspired by the realization that students often struggle not due to lack of resources but due to lack of direction, clarity, and actionable insights on how to improve. The idea was to build a system that behaves like a smart mentor, continuously analyzing a student’s performance and guiding them on what to study next. Preplytics enables users to manage subjects and topics, generate AI-based notes in both short and detailed formats, create dynamic mock tests, track readiness score, analyze performance trends, and receive intelligent recommendations based on weak areas. The platform is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, with FastAPI powering the backend and JWT authentication ensuring secure access, while AI integration drives features like notes generation and mock evaluation. A key component is the readiness score, calculated using accuracy, consistency, and trend, forming a data-driven measure of preparedness. During development, we faced challenges such as synchronizing frontend-backend communication, handling encoded AI responses, fixing PDF generation issues where content initially appeared blank or corrupted, and designing a responsive UI for mobile devices, all of which we solved through optimized API handling, content decoding, structured rendering, and adaptive layouts. Through this project, we learned how to build scalable systems, integrate AI into real-world applications, and design user-centric interfaces that enhance learning experience. What makes Preplytics unique is that it goes beyond just providing content—it analyzes behavior, adapts dynamically, and offers actionable insights, transforming learning from passive consumption into active improvement. In the future, we aim to expand it into a full mobile application, enhance AI capabilities with predictive analytics, and introduce personalized study plans and collaborative features, ultimately moving toward a smarter and more personalized education ecosystem.piration
