Important Note for Judges
All features of Prepify AI are fully operational on the live URL — including the note summariser, quiz generator, AI dashboard, academic risk predictor, study schedule generator, GPA tracker, focus sessions, academic calendar, AI chat assistant, and the multi-channel notification system. Every AI-powered feature is live, responsive, and powered by the OpenAI API.
There is only one limitation on the live URL — file upload. When a judge or user attempts to upload a PDF or document directly, the upload fails due to a platform-level storage authentication bug on MeDo's production server. This is not a code or logic error — the file upload works perfectly in the MeDo preview environment and all AI processing, OCR fallback logic, and API integrations are correctly implemented and verified working in preview. The issue has been reported to the MeDo team and a fix is actively being pursued.
How to Test the AI Features as a Judge
The good news is that this limitation does not prevent you from experiencing the full depth and intelligence of Prepify AI. Both the Note Summariser and Quiz Generator have a built-in manual text input option that works perfectly on the live URL right now.
Testing the Note Summariser:
- Navigate to the Notes page
- Look for the "Add Notes" option instead of file upload
- Copy and paste any lecture text, article, or academic content directly into the text field
- Click *Analyze — the AI will instantly generate a full structured summary complete with headings, key points, critical insights, and a detailed breakdown of the content
Testing the Quiz Generator:
- Navigate to the Quiz Generator page
- Paste any academic text or lecture content directly into the input field
- Configure your preferred difficulty level, question type, and timer settings
- Click Generate Quiz — the AI will produce a fully interactive quiz from your content, complete with immediate feedback, performance scoring, weak area identification, and personalised study recommendations
Testing the AI Chat Assistant:
- Navigate to the AI Chat page
- Type any academic question, request a revision plan, ask for exam tips, or request practice questions on any topic from any selected notes
- The assistant responds intelligently with context-aware, personalised academic guidance
Testing the Study Schedule Generator:
- Navigate to the Study Scheduler page
- Input your available study hours, exam dates, assignment deadlines, and weakest subjects
- The AI generates a fully personalised daily and weekly study schedule with smart workload balancing and priority ranking
Testing the Academic Risk Predictor:
- Navigate to the Risk Predictor page 2.The AI calculates a risk level for each course and flags subjects at risk of academic decline before it is too late
