About the project
Premier Realty is an AI-powered recruitment screening platform designed to streamline the hiring process for real estate agents. It helps real estate companies and hiring managers efficiently assess applicant suitability through conversational chatbot interviews and real-time qualification logic—eliminating unnecessary interviews and saving time. Applicants are guided through a smart chatbot that simulates an initial screening conversation. Based on predefined criteria and AI evaluation, qualified candidates can instantly schedule interviews with hiring managers—creating a frictionless and data-driven recruitment flow. In addition to intelligent screening, the platform provides insights into applicant readiness, behavioral traits, and performance indicators—making it a powerful tool for both individual agents and large property firms aiming to scale their teams with the right talent. Accessible via both web and mobile, the system ensures that onboarding new agents becomes faster, smarter, and more structured than ever before.
Inspiration
The idea for Premier Realty was born from firsthand observation of a recurring problem in the real estate recruitment industry: the overwhelming number of unqualified applicants entering the hiring funnel. Real estate companies and hiring managers were wasting valuable time interviewing candidates who lacked the basic understanding, mindset, or soft skills needed for the job. We noticed that while other industries had adopted structured, tech-enabled hiring tools, real estate recruiting remained manual, inconsistent, and heavily reliant on gut feeling. There was no scalable way to pre-qualify candidates—especially in high-growth environments. This inspired us to create a platform that doesn’t just digitize the hiring process, but adds intelligence to it. We wanted to give hiring managers the power to focus only on candidates with real potential—while offering aspiring agents a clear, fair, and fast path to opportunity. By combining conversational AI with real-time logic and smart scheduling, we built a tool that brings efficiency, structure, and insight into real estate hiring—for the first time.

How we built it
Develop a web application called Estate using React for the frontend and Firebase for the backend, with the system divided into two main parts
Applicant side:
- Resume data entry form page
- Chatbot conversation page for initial screening
- Screening results display page
- Interview appointment scheduling page
HR side:
- Backend system for viewing applicant information and scheduling interviews
- Bolt.new —used to create the chatbot that performs initial applicant screening before passing them to hiring manager for interview scheduling.
- Firebase —used to store applicant data and support Login/Signup functionality.
- Calendar —used to allow applicants to select interview times convenient for hiring manager.
- Figma —used for UX/UI design.

Outcome
Premier Realty uses an AI chatbot to handle the initial screening of applicants, replacing the manual process where hiring manager had to review every candidate individually. It transforms the recruitment process into an automated system by evaluating applicants based on predefined criteria and forwarding only qualified candidates to hiring manager. This reduces hiring manager workload and allows them to focus on candidates who best match the company's needs.
