Project Story: Building an AI-Enhanced CRM
Inspiration: The inspiration for this project stemmed from the need to revolutionize customer relationship management (CRM) by leveraging AI capabilities. Witnessing the potential of AI to automate repetitive tasks and enhance decision-making processes sparked the idea.
What I Learned: Throughout the project, I deepened my understanding of integrating AI into applications, particularly in enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Learning about AI models, data preprocessing, and integration with cloud services was pivotal.
Building the Project: I began by conceptualizing the user interface and essential features like lead management, task automation, and sentiment analysis. Using React for frontend development and Firebase for backend services ensured scalability and real-time updates. Integrating AI models for sentiment analysis and task prioritization added value.
Challenges Faced: One major challenge was optimizing AI model performance within the app's real-time constraints. Overcoming integration hurdles between Firebase and AI services required meticulous debugging and adapting to SDK updates.
