Predicting HDHI dataset using ML algorithms

Inspiration

The creation of this project was inspired through the idea of being able to learn something new and being able to address the challenges that I face. Moreover, the idea of creating something of my own and being successful at something was also a source of motivation for me.

What it does

This project aims at predicting certain features of our dataset that were asked to do so. Moreover, this project also offers data cleaning and transformation proposals that would improve the quality of our overall data. The main goal of the project is to deploy Machine Learning Algorithms through the proper data cleaning process.

How we built it

We built this project through the platform "Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Studio". The projects was built through deploying the existing features on our platform and

Challenges we ran into

There were lots of challenges that I ran into such as struggling with understanding the data, choosing the most effective algorithm, and being lost overall during the process. Even though I faced many challenges, I was able to overcome them and then tackle all of the problems that I had.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of actually being able to learn something from this Hackathon and actually learning something new. This Hackathon was the greatest start of my career as an Software Engineer. I think that this Hackathon not only provided me a good bonus to my resume, but also enriched me with new knowledge and served as a source of motivation.

What we learned

Mainly, I learned lots of Machine Learning Algorithms and how we can assess them based on their performance metrics. Moreover, I learned how different algorithms work and their inner structure.

What's next for Predicting HDHI dataset using ML algorithms

I think that the next most important step for Predicting HDHI dataset using ML algorithms is to change the platform and compare the performance using various different tools.
