Predict and Track The COVID-19

The Covid-19 Pandemic had changed the way of living and had pushed people towards the healthy living and made them concerned about their live styles and healthy living. So, we had taken two concerns in mind i.e.

  • prediction of COVID-19 patient from Chest Xray
  • COVID-19 Case Counter system

What it does

  • Prediction of COVID-19 patient from Chest Xray: We had used CNN classifier to predict between the X-Rays of normal people and COVID patient. we had used two data sets

for covid patient we had used and cleaned dataset from :https://github.com/ieee8023/covid-chestxray-dataset

for normal we had used normal X-ray part of dataset from :https://www.kaggle.com/paultimothymooney/chest-xray-pneumonia

after that had trained it upto 90% of validation accuracy

  • COVID-19 Case Counter system: In this we have built an interface where user could easily get update regarding increasing case, sorted by country and also to make good vidualization it creates graph of active case, recovered cases, and total deaths
