Modern e-commerce brands and performance marketers struggle with fragmented data, manual RFM segmentation, and time-consuming creative/email generation. Traditional analytics tools show what happened, but don't automatically generate the solution.

We were inspired to build Precision Growth—an all-in-one AI-driven growth ecosystem that seamlessly bridges data analytics with instant content execution using Google's Gemini 2.0 models.

What it does

Precision Growth is an advanced AI Copilot and Marketing Automation Platform that transforms raw customer data into high-converting retention strategies:

  • Interactive KPI Dashboard: Tracks core performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, Email Repeat Rate, AOV) with real-time target tracking.
  • Automated RFM Segmentation: Analyzes customer buying behavior (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to segment users into VIP, Active, At-Risk, Sleeping, and Newbie categories with calculated churn risk scores.
  • AI Automated Funnels: Generates tailored, multi-step email and SMS retention sequences optimized for Klaviyo using Gemini.
  • Ad Copy Studio: Creates multi-channel A/B test ad creatives (Meta Ads, Google PMax, TikTok Ads) mapped directly to target RFM segments.
  • AI Performance Copilot: An embedded assistant providing actionable growth recommendations based on real-time dashboard data.

How we built it

  • Frontend & Dashboard: Built with Next.js (React), Tailwind CSS, Lucide icons, and Recharts for interactive analytics.
  • AI Engine & Intelligence: Powered by Gemini 2.0 API for intent processing, persona generation, lifecycle messaging, and creative ad copy synthesis.
  • E-commerce Data Layer: Structured data modeling for RFM analysis and Klaviyo webhook integration payload generation.

Challenges we faced

  • Contextual Precision in Ad Generation: Fine-tuning prompts to ensure Gemini outputs campaign copy tailored to specific customer cohorts (e.g., win-back offers for 'At-Risk' vs. VIP loyalty rewards) without hallucinations.
  • JSON Structure & Webhook Readiness: Structuring LLM outputs into clean, ready-to-export email/SMS trigger templates for seamless Klaviyo workflows.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Successfully built a unified end-to-end platform connecting analytics directly to campaign execution.
  • Leveraged Gemini 2.0 to automate hours of copywriting and lifecycle strategy planning in seconds.
  • Created an intuitive, professional UI tailored for performance agencies and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
