Inspiration

Adult children who care for a parent often deal with several doctors and pharmacies, and nobody sees the whole medication list. A Penn State study found that reviewing the actual bottles gives a more complete list than pharmacy records. Caregivers already photograph labels and keep lab PDFs, but the files are scattered and the visit lasts ten minutes.

What it does

Before a parent's doctor visit, the Skill compares pill bottle photos, lab report PDFs and the last visit recording stored on the NAS. It produces a one-page sheet with lab trends, current medications and questions for the doctor. It flags three kinds of disagreement: the same drug from two prescribers, a drug the doctor stopped that still appears on a newer label, and a label dose that differs from the prescription. Every line cites its file, page, photo or timestamp. It never recommends a change, guesses a dose, or merges brand and generic names.

How it works

SKILL.md runs nine steps using only delegate calls to four Uliya experts: file-agent finds documents, document-agent extracts lab values and prescriptions and reconciles the sources, photo-agent reads up to 15 label photos with OCR, and knowledge-agent transcribes the recording and saves the results. Writes happen only through save-text and create-album, both behind user approval. A status table covers completed, failed, cancelled, waiting_user and waiting_approval, plus empty and partial results. Because health text goes to the model set in Uliya, the Skill recommends the on-device model and asks before starting.

Status

The package (SKILL.md plus safety rules, sheet format, status table, test plan and disclosures) passes the Skill Developer Package checker with zero errors and warnings. Runtime testing on a NAS is the next step. All test data is synthetic.
