Inspiration
Everyone that we know hates interviews. Preparing for them is annoying. You don't have real feedback that you can analyze. Its awkward asking people to listen to you over and over again about your weaknesses and strengths.
What it does
The app helps you prepare for interviews in the most efficient way and gives you extremely useful feedback. You can re listen yourself on every question you answer, plus have a transcript of it and an analysis of your response using IBM Watson tone analyzer.
How we built it
The Backend was done on python using flask. Integrated IBM Watson, Tropo from Cisco and Twilio Apis to work seamlessly together. The Frontend was done using BackbonJS with RequiredJS. Use SaSS for the CSS.
Challenges we ran into
Combining apis so they can work seamlessly with each other. And making everything actually work in 24 hours.

Finishing the app in time and have it actually working
What's next for Practice Interviews Online
Improve the voice to text transcription. More analysis of the answers and include suggestions on improvement. Create more tools to help you on the questions
