Inspiration

Nowadays, AI answers are replacing traditional human search on search engines. Even Google often shows an AI-generated summary at the top of search results. It’s clear that AI search and answer are the future.

At the same time, many indie builders and solo founders (like me) create amazing products but struggle to get noticed. I realized that getting AI models to recognize and understand your product could be a powerful long-term strategy for driving organic traffic and visibility.

So I built PRAI.TODAY : a simple, easy-to-use B2B SaaS tool to help builders, founders, and business owners get AI visibility.

What It Does

PRAI.TODAY is a PR AI Agent that helps you generate and publish optimized articles -- starting from just your product or service URL.

Here’s how it works:

  1. User enters the product or service URL.
  2. PR AI agent scans the site, suggests key message and keywords.
  3. Once confirmed by the user, PR AI agent edits and publishes optimized articles to 1~3 public websites.

Within a week to a month, AI models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, Gemini, and others begin recognizing and incorporating your product into their knowledge base. Each model has a different learning pattern, but eventually, they all pick it up.

How We Built It

Since this hackathon was powered by Bolt, I decided to go all-in on Bolt. 100% on Bolt.

  • Frontend: Built using React via Bolt
  • Backend: Supabase Edge Functions and Supabase Database
  • Authentication: Supabase Auth with Google OAuth
  • AI: Powered by Google Gemini
  • Deployment: Bolt deployed it to Netlify and GitHub
  • Domain: Purchased and connected via Entri (IONOS)

Bolt was instrumental at every step, from boilerplate to live production.

Challenges We Faced

  • I’m usually building with Next.js, but Bolt.new didn’t support Supabase integration with Next.js. So, I had to shift to a React setup, which I hadn't used recently.
  • I had to learn how to use Supabase Edge Functions for server-side operations (something Next.js usually handles internally).
  • At first, I wasted a lot of tokens trying to get things running with Next.js, but once I embraced Bolt’s flow, everything went smoothly.

Despite the initial roadblocks, I successfully built a full-fledged B2B SaaS platform entirely with Bolt.

Accomplishments We’re Proud Of

  • Free for Everyone: PRAI.TODAY is 100% free as a tribute to all the generous free-tier platforms (Bolt, Supabase, Netlify, Google, Gemini, etc.).
  • Open Source: The entire project is open source to democratize AI visibility for everyone.
    Check it out on GitHub
  • Great UX: Clean, intuitive UI/UX that makes it usable for anyone.

What We Learned

  • How to build full-stack SaaS apps using Bolt.new
  • Integrating Supabase Edge Functions in React projects
  • Setting up Google OAuth with Supabase Auth
  • Deploying automatically to Netlify via Bolt
  • Version tracking automatically to Github via Bolt
  • Registering and connecting domain names via Entri (IONOS)

What’s Next for PRAI.TODAY

  1. Launch on Product Hunt
I want to help more indie builders discover PRAI.TODAY and, in turn, discover how awesome Bolt, Supabase, Netlify, and Entri are.

  2. Reward System
Currently, each new user gets 1 credit (free publication) on signup. I’m planning to add more ways to earn credits like sharing their experience on X (Twitter) or suggesting new features, finding bugs, etc.

  3. Non-URL Users
Right now, users must input a product/service URL to begin. I want to extend it to allow users without a website to generate a PR campaign using smart prompts and AI suggestions.
