Inspiration
My dad has a bunch of properties and he would often tell me about issues he had with managing all of then since he's busy so I came up with this as a solution to that
What it does
It conglomerates all your property information, lease agreements, maintenance history, payment history into one place to make managing your rentals easier
How we built it
We used html, css, javascript, mysql, php and bootstrap css for component styles.
Challenges we ran into
The codebase started to get very dense making it difficult to find stuff it needs refactoring.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Adding a bit of secret sauce to the final product.

We want to pass our solution on to the market to make it widespread and charge a subscription for it.
