Powergrid

Power spikes strain the grid and batteries. We developed a queue based solution to even out power consumtion.

How was it made?

  • With Qt, coffee, python and some data from Fortum.

What it does?

  • Simulates power grid usage with our smart algorithm.

Problems we faced

  • The big amount of data provided by fortum. Another problem was the calculation power needed by our simulation

Accomplishments

  • A cool idea for the future
