Inspiration
We were inspired by the idea of giving people real power — literally. The Livtron system allows communities to manage and share renewable energy locally, reducing waste and increasing self-sufficiency. We wanted to tell this story in a way that feels alive, using AI to visualize how digital technology and human cooperation can drive the energy transition.
What it does
Power-Up! is an AI-generated explainer film that showcases how the Livtron platform connects prosumers, consumers, and local energy cooperatives. It explains how energy is produced, stored, and exchanged within the community in real time, empowering individuals to save money, reduce emissions, and strengthen local resilience.
How we built it
We used generative AI tools for scriptwriting, voice design, and cinematic visualization — combining Gemini for narrative development, Veo and MidJourney for visuals, and ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. The creative direction was guided by the real Livtron transformation roadmap developed within the EDIH project, ensuring that the film reflects an authentic strategic vision.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge was balancing technical accuracy with emotional storytelling. We wanted the viewer to understand complex energy and blockchain concepts without losing the human dimension — the sense of community and purpose behind Livtron.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We’re proud to have turned a strategic roadmap into a compelling story — merging clean tech, design, and AI creativity. Power-Up! translates an advanced digitalization project into an accessible visual language that inspires both experts and everyday people.
What we learned
We learned how AI can become a creative partner, not just a tool — helping to communicate innovation faster, cheaper, and in more human ways. We also deepened our understanding of how storytelling can accelerate adoption of green technologies.
What's next for Power-Up!
Next, we plan to expand Power-Up! into an interactive explainer series integrated with the Livtron web app — letting users explore community energy dynamics, simulate their own energy flow, and see how small local actions can create global impact.
