Power Smart
- ### Problem statement
- Electrical appliances over time loose their efficiency as their ==work: power consumption== goes down this leads to a huge loose in electricity
- Estimated to be around 2000 TWH a year
- Thats around 1600 MhT of CO~2~ every year
- Thus, by reducing this factor will automatically result in a huge reduction in electricity waste and Co~2~emissionss
- ### Solution
- By measuring the electrical efficiency of each component, we can determine whether the component is suitable in long term use for user and for environment
- So what we do we measure factors like Current used Voltage
- but that's not enough so we trained an AI model to predict the power factor with extra details it can compensate different components and brands and their specifications
- It can handle over 100 components and 20 brands with impressive loss to give the user of how the product works
- With the hard ware part there is a sensor that gets the needed data like current voltage etc we can install that in the breaker board and connect it to each of the components separately without interfering with them using a parallel connection
- ### Future Plans
- So far the AI is finished and hard ware but we want to make the APP
- we want to add an AI chart features to give users interactive charts of the data
- we want to collect more realistic data
