Power BI Complaint Dashboard

What inspired this project is my use of support tools with dashboards that easily display details of support cases.

My dashboard connects to a SharePoint Online list, which is connected to a Power App with a form within. So when a new form is submitted, the list is updated and the Power BI dashboard displays details of submitted complaints for easy decision making.

This project was built using SharePoint Online and Power BI.

My major challenge creating this was trying to understand how the Power BI options work to create an effective project.

I'm proud of the fact that I was able to create this dashboard from scratch and it's submission worthy

I've learnt more about how the Power Platform works and how each app seamlessly connects to the others; PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.

I would proceed to finetune the work done and take up other projects to get more creative and efficient at building Apps and Dashboards
