Inspiration

Most of the accidents are happening due to pothole in roadways. These incidents make us to develop a Mobile App to alert the driver thereby reduces the accidental rate

What it does

This Mobile App detects the pothole and alerts the driver by giving alarm sound.

How we built it

We trained the pothole and non pothole images with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) in deep learning model and convert it into a tflite file for Mobile App

Challenges we ran into

We faced some challenges in generating output of Mobile App

What's next for Pothole Detection using Deep Learning

This App gives alert to driver about pothole detection but in future we will try to inform to Municipality Corporation to take necessary action.
