We noticed that most business owners already have product photos and videos ready, but turning those assets into engaging social media content remains a challenge. Many stop posting consistently, leading to reduced visibility and lost opportunities.

Postora was created to solve this problem by transforming social media management from a daily task into a fully automated workflow powered by AI.

Postora is an AI-powered social media automation platform that helps businesses create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms from a single upload.

Users simply upload product photos or videos, connect their social accounts, and let Postora handle the rest.

How we built it

Postora was built as a modern web application focused on automation and simplicity.

Technology Stack Next.js TypeScript Tailwind CSS OpenAI API Google Gemini API PostgreSQL Prisma ORM NextAuth Authentication Social Platform APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) AI Workflow User uploads product images or videos. AI analyzes the media content. AI generates captions, hashtags, and platform-specific content. Generated content is added to the content calendar. Posts are automatically published according to the user's schedule. Performance data is collected and displayed through analytics dashboards.

The platform combines content generation, scheduling, and publishing into a single workflow.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was integrating multiple social media platforms, each with different authentication systems, publishing requirements, and API limitations.
