Postgram is a free, online photo-sharing application and social network platform that is made by using Mern stack. Postgram allows users to edit and upload photos.

Postgram is a interactive platform build through technologies through which individuals can share them and modify the user-generated content on this social networking platform.

What it does

Various functions have been achieved such as

  • a user can sign up and sign in for his/her account
  • a user can post pictures which are going to store in our databases
  • a user can comment and like on other peoples profiles
  • a user can update his profile

How we built it

Built this using all 4 amazing full stack technology which are MongoDb, React, Node.js and Express.

Challenges we ran into

The main challenge was to find the right image hosting cloud service but successfully overcome this with the help of amazing Cloudinary free service.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Was always motivated of how the backend process goes and frontend both meet so have built both proudly.

What we learned

The database and Api testing and Integretion is what fun to do

What's next for Postgram

  • to build a user search feature where user can search other user by this username.
