Inspiration

Not all mortgage products are created equal. Some have more-stringent guidelines than others. This makes mortgage product selection tedious. Our inspiration was to bring out a smart solution that helps customers to fetch the best competitive product.

What it does

Assess the situation of borrowers.
Consider loan options.
Compare lenders and estimate.
Understand loan cost and fees.

Send product requests to multiple lenders and analyze them, finally short list the products and list down the smart products as well as trending product to a customer.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

The real challenge is to identify the parameters to consider for smart product selection. It' s dynamic and changes according to geographical location, loan type etc.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We've integrated fusion fabric cloud API's to get product from different lenders.

What we learned

What's next for POS-Smart Product Assistant

We will integrate location based loan products. Will add more parameters to fine tune the smart products.
