How I built it

Creating a fork of Bitcoin core and building it with CMake.

Build the PQC library and add it in to the bitcoin core project.

Compare my solution with the current solutions showing the benefits and the trade-offs. Create a pull request with no automated tests failing in Bitcoin Core.
