Inspiration:
Additionally to the digital check-out we assume that some of the users prefer to shop in store.
What it does:
It creates an easier buyer in-store seamless experience as well as acquisition of new buyers and increased retention rate
How we built it:
We create a concept, UJ and a prototype
Challenges we ran into:
Lack of analytical and behavioural data

Understand the problem field and the possible solution
What we learned:
That is not only one solution. The blanket solution is not adequate.
What's next for POS:
Constrains and existing solutions at Klarna as well as the possible problems / opportunities.
