1. Project Overview Poruch (Ukrainian for "Nearby") is a next-generation, privacy-focused digital marketplace designed to connect independent professionals with clients. Built on a highly secure, serverless infrastructure, the platform provides specialists with a safe, borderless environment to build their digital presence, manage reputation, and offer services without the risks associated with traditional classifieds.

2. The Problem We Solve Modern service platforms and bulletin boards often fail independent gig-workers and specialists. They suffer from three critical issues:

Reputation Manipulation: Vulnerability to fake reviews and unfair competition.

Data Exploitation: Public exposure of personal contact details, leading to aggressive scraping, spam, and privacy violations.

Economic Disconnection: The displacement of millions of Ukrainian professionals across Europe requires a flexible, cross-border approach to pricing and client acquisition that local platforms do not support.

1. The Solution & Core Innovations Poruch rebuilds the gig-economy trust model from the ground up, focusing on fairness, absolute privacy, and cross-border flexibility:

The "Trust Engine": A revolutionary review system with a public dispute resolution mechanism. Instead of silencing disputes, Poruch allows professionals to publicly flag unverified collaborations (e.g., fake reviews from competitors) with immutable tags, transferring the judgment to future clients and ensuring a fair market.

Privacy by Design & GDPR Compliance: Built with uncompromising European privacy standards. The platform utilizes secure passwordless authentication (Email OTP), hides sensitive contact data from web scrapers using strict database-level security policies (RLS), and features atomic data deletion mechanisms.

Borderless Economy: Native multi-currency support (UAH, EUR, GBP) allows specialists to easily set up their digital practices and serve clients regardless of their current physical location.

1. Technical Readiness & Stage Poruch is currently at the final stage of technical implementation (Production-Ready). The platform boasts a highly scalable, high-performance architecture (Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase). It has successfully passed rigorous enterprise-grade engineering audits, including over 700 automated E2E, integration, and accessibility tests, ensuring reliability and a seamless Mobile-First experience.

2. Purpose of the Grant With the technical foundation 100% complete, we are seeking grant support to initiate the "Go-to-Market" phase. The funding will be directed towards operational security hardening, initial community outreach, and onboarding the first cohort of professionals, helping them to safely (re)establish their practices in a fair and transparent digital ecosystem.
