Tired of hackers spending hours tweaking portfolios while their resumes rot on desktops? Vibe-a-thon demanded "insane" AI creativity, so we channeled astrophotography obsessions into a cosmic PDF parser that births deployable personal universes from structured chaos—resumes reborn as starlit showcases.

What it does

Drop any resume PDF: AI rips out name, skills (Python/ML wizardry), experience (job), education (college), and projects. Spawns a Next.js masterpiece with particle starfields, glitchy skill badges, and Vercel one-click deploys—your vibe, live in 30 seconds.

How we built it

  1. Pyresparser + regex shredded PDFs into JSON goldmines.
  2. Tailwind + Framer Motion sculpted reactive cosmic UIs with nebula gradients.
  3. Vercel API scripted instant deploys; Hugging Face sprinkled AI theme generators based on extracted skills. Forked user's portfolio repo for battle-tested scaffolding.

Challenges we ran into

Indian resume formats crushed pyresparser on tables—hacked LLM chunking via gemini API for 95% accuracy. Dynamic Vercel env vars fought back; edge functions + git integration tamed the deploy beast in crunch time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

48-hour miracle: parsed 20+ real resumes (including mine with club merch designs), generated 50+ unique portfolios with astrophotography parallax scrolls. Live demo crushed judges—zero bugs, infinite vibes!

What we learned

Hybrid parsing rules + LLMs conquer PDF hell; Vercel edges = hackathon superpowers. Personal touches like starfields from meteor shower shoots turn "useful" into "unforgettably insane"—vibe is the ultimate algorithm.
