Inspiration
I was inspired by various coding companies' websites to create a sleek, futuristic-looking portfolio website that displayed information about me in an interactive and engaging way.
What it does
It is a professional portfolio that displays information about me, my coursework, my personal projects, and my extracurriculars for recruiters to learn more about who I am.
How we built it
I used JavaScript to build it and CSS for the styling.
Challenges we ran into
I ran into readability and organizational issues as my website was expanding with more features. I also ran into finding the right CSS functions to accomplish what I was envisioning with certain implementations of the styling of my website.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am proud of the About Me page, where I was able to incorporate different sections throughout the page. I am also proud of the interactivity of the website itself.
What we learned
I learned a lot about code readability. I know in the future to use methods for functions that I know I am going to reuse to make expanding my website easier and to prevent repetitive code.
What's next for Portfolio Website
I plan on streamlining the styling of each webpage more. I plan on adding more interactive features to the website as well.
