Inspiration
I built this portfolio to create a central place where I can showcase my journey, skills, projects, and interests in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Instead of presenting my experience only through a resume, I wanted to build something interactive that demonstrates what I can actually create and learn.
What it does
This portfolio presents my profile as an aspiring AI/ML Engineer and provides an overview of my technical skills, projects, experience, and areas of interest.
It is designed to make it easy for visitors to understand my background and explore the projects I have worked on. The portfolio also acts as a continuously evolving representation of my learning journey as I work with AI, machine learning, data, and modern developer tools.
How I built it
I designed and developed the portfolio as a modern, responsive web application with a focus on clean UI, simple navigation, and presenting technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
I structured the website into different sections so that visitors can quickly find information about me, my technical skills, projects, and goals. I also deployed the project on Vercel so that it can be accessed publicly and updated as my portfolio grows.
Challenges I ran into
One of the biggest challenges was deciding how to present a large amount of technical information without making the portfolio overwhelming.
I had to think carefully about what information was actually valuable to a recruiter, developer, or potential collaborator. Another challenge was balancing visual design with functionality so that the website remained simple, professional, responsive, and easy to navigate.
I also had to think about the portfolio as a continuously evolving project rather than something that would be completed once and never changed.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I am proud that I turned my portfolio from a simple profile page into a practical project that represents my technical journey.
I am especially proud of being able to publicly showcase my projects and interests in AI/ML while building the website itself as another demonstration of my ability to learn, develop, deploy, and improve a real-world application.
What I learned
Building this portfolio taught me that creating a good technical portfolio is not only about adding technologies or projects. It is also about communicating the problem, solution, learning process, and impact clearly.
I also learned more about designing responsive interfaces, organizing technical information, deploying a web application, and thinking from the perspective of someone visiting a project for the first time.
Most importantly, I learned that a portfolio should evolve alongside the developer. As I learn new technologies and build better AI/ML projects, the portfolio should continue to reflect that growth.
What's next for Portfolio
The portfolio will continue to evolve as I build more advanced AI/ML projects.
My next focus is to add more real-world projects, improve the presentation of existing projects, and showcase deeper work in areas such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and AI engineering.
Ultimately, I want the portfolio to become more than a personal website — I want it to serve as a live representation of my growth and the systems I am capable of building.
