Portal and Portal 2 by Valve

What it does

A fun portal maze game to show off how our portals were built and how it could be implemented

How we built it

Using Roblox’s game engine that runs off Lua script.

Challenges we ran into

Animations not working for multiple clients, cameras not position properly, multiple GUI errors with the main menu, and many other things we eventually fixed to get a stable version of the game!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

How much we were able to achieve and create with such a short time period. Even if it seems impossible we were able to make a great base for a complex game in just 2 days.

What we learned

All about coding with Lua, creating animations, and solving errors and issues throughout the game making process.

What's next for Portals

Adding more maps, levels, increasing the difficulty, and possibly even adding the ability to make your own portals.
