Porchlight

Porchlight is an AI operations assistant for community meal-delivery programs. It handles routine problems like volunteer cancellations and route coverage automatically, but when a delivery raises a human-welfare concern, it follows the organization’s protocol and brings a coordinator back into the loop. The goal is simple: let volunteers focus on the person at the door while Porchlight quietly makes sure no neighbor gets missed.

I regularly volunteer for Meals on Wheels and thought there was a better way of organizing these deliveries but could be used for pantries and other deliveries in times of emergencies like after a hurricane or flood.
