Inspiration

Porch piracy is on the rise. Too many people utilize doorbell cameras only to watch their packages get stolen . Other current solutions that attempt to deal with package theft are either very limited and/or very expensive - until now...

What it does

PorchPObox helps keep packages secure by establishing local package pickup points for neighbors to be able to send their packages to a trusted local community partner who watches over deliveries until they can be picked up.

Customer forwards packages to a partner address nearby, When packages arrive with partner , partners scan them in using the mobile app built with Docutain to get the customers information. Then partner checks in the package . Its recipient gets a notice . The recipient goes to pick it up. Lastly a pickup receipt gets sent to the user courtesy of Foxit
