PopStudy app
Inspiration
Procrastination. ...and as new years resolution to study harder so I can graduate on time.
What it does
Instead of calling it pop quiz, I am calling it PopStudy. While I am procrastinating, there will occasionally be popups of terms and definition flashcards. They will spawn in an interval and to remind me what I need to study.
How I built it
Build with visual studios.
Challenges I ran into
I was going to make this an mobile app, however, android studio was not working for me.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I am proud of design. With my limited knowledge of desktop app development I am glad to at least have a working demo.
What I learned
This is my first time making a desktop app.
What's next for PopStudy
I will work on this more because I can totally see myself using it. Make it more interactive for example creating a prompt that asks user input and then compares that input with the term/definition and returning strings "Correct!" or "Study Harder!".
