Inspiration

Pong was the first game developed by Atari. It was originally released in 1972 and is one of the earliest arcade video games. The game was also featured in episodes of television series including That '70s Show, King of the Hill, and Saturday Night Live.

What it does

The player controls an in-game paddle by moving it vertically across the left or right side of the screen. Player use it to hit the ball across the net and win points. Click on the game window to enable sound.

How we built it

I have used HTML5, JavaScript, and Replit to build it.

Challenges we ran into

Finding the correct color and font size. Figuring out what speed is apt for the CPU AI.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Learned to work in HTML and JavaScript.

What we learned

Create a game in a new web browser using HTML and JavaScript. Also, deploy web app using Replit IDE.
