Inspiration
We were inspired by the concept of 'locking-in' and finding real life techniques to achieve this.
What it does
This is a study tool that is packaged into a convenient chrome extension.
How we built it
We built this using HTML, CSS and Javascript and utilising Chrome's extension developer tools.
Challenges we ran into
We implemented a solution utilizing Chrome's extension APIs and JavaScript to ensure that the timer maintains functionality in the background, even when the plugin is closed.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We had successfully enable this plugin to work on Chrome.
What we learned
We learnt how to incorporate html, css and javascript to create a functioning Chrome plygin.
What's next for Pomodoro Web Explorer
We want to implement gamification and building more resources that will motivate students to study more.
