Inspiration
I love using the Pomodoro Technique to work and thought it would be useful for college students to have a web application that easily lets them use it.
What it does
It provides timers for working, a short break, and a longer break with a color change for each thing you do. There is also an easter egg at the top.
How we built it
I coded in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js with https://github.com/IrynaSpyrydonova/pomofocus as a guide
Challenges we ran into
I wanted to be able to add tasks and settings in the time I had, but unfortunately could not because I ran out of time. Also, there was a moment where I could not get the buttons to function.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
This is my first Hackathon, so I'm proud that I made it to the end!
What we learned
I learned how to code in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. I also learned how to use GitHub.
What's next for Pomodor 64
