Inspiration

In this ever-changing modern world, we were pondering how students, educators, and academics in general can engage in the current political debates. Also using UI/UX projects on Behance that inspired our creative vision.

What it does

Is a social media platform, very similar to Reddit or X, using factual sources, like news sites and government websites, for audience of students, teachers, and those interested in having discussions and debates on politics, policies, laws, government, or other world issues.

How we built it

Using the Figma platform and features and countless free assets the web-based service provides.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was meaningfully implementing a use of AI that fits the CreateRU theme.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a whole political social media application prototype on Figma in less than 24 hours!

What we learned

We learned how to design and structure a wireframe for app. We also learned how to implement different design elements that reflect a formal app used for academic contexts.

What's next for PolitiX

Maybe hiring some computer engineers and programmer to actually code this to life XD
