PolicyPulse AI
Tagline
An approval-aware enterprise agent that analyzes documents, flags risk, and turns complex content into safe action plans.
Built For Track
Active Agents
Project Description
PolicyPulse AI is a multi-agent enterprise workflow built with Airia that reviews emails, documents, and browser content, identifies risk, extracts obligations and deadlines, drafts action plans, and pauses for human approval when sensitive decisions are involved.
The problem is that enterprise teams receive policy updates, vendor notices, contract clauses, and internal requests across multiple systems, but manual review is slow, inconsistent, and risky. Critical obligations, deadlines, or compliance concerns can easily be missed.
PolicyPulse AI solves this by orchestrating a structured review workflow. It classifies content by risk level, summarizes what matters, highlights required actions, and generates professional business-ready outputs. For high-risk items, it routes the result through a human approval step before final action.
This makes enterprise review faster, more consistent, and safer.
Problem Statement
Enterprise teams waste time manually reviewing documents, messages, and policy changes across disconnected tools. This creates delays, missed obligations, and unnecessary risk when sensitive actions are taken without a clear review path.

What Makes It Different
Unlike generic chat assistants, PolicyPulse AI is workflow-first. It does not just summarize content. It decides when content is sensitive enough to require human approval before action. That makes it more enterprise-ready and more defensible.
How We Built It
We built PolicyPulse AI in Airia as a multi-step agent workflow. The agent ingests browser content or uploaded text, classifies the material by business risk, extracts the most important obligations and deadlines, generates a structured action plan, and then routes high-risk outputs through an approval gate. The result is a practical enterprise agent that balances automation with control.
Challenges We Ran Into
The biggest challenge was keeping the workflow fast and easy to demo while still showing true enterprise value. We focused on making the output structured and actionable without overcomplicating the architecture. Another challenge was designing clear approval behavior so the agent would not act too aggressively on sensitive inputs.
Accomplishments We’re Proud Of
We created a working enterprise agent concept that is practical, easy to understand, and directly aligned with real business workflows. We are especially proud of the approval-aware design, because it makes the agent more trustworthy for high-risk use cases.
What We Learned
We learned that enterprise AI becomes much more useful when it is tied to workflows, approvals, and decisions rather than just chat. We also learned that the strongest demos are simple, focused, and grounded in one clear business problem.
What’s Next
Next, we would expand PolicyPulse AI into additional surfaces such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, add richer document templates, and support more department-specific workflows such as HR policy review, procurement contract intake, and incident triage.
