PolicyPilot – AI Employee Policy Agent

PolicyPilot – AI Employee Policy Agent is designed to make HR support faster and easier for both employees and HR teams. Employees often spend time searching through HR documents or asking HR about common policies, while HR teams repeatedly handle the same questions.

PolicyPilot allows employees to ask HR-related questions in a natural way, including questions about leave, attendance, work-from-home policies, benefits, and other company procedures. It finds the relevant approved policy from the knowledge base and explains it in simple language. It then guides the employee through the required steps, documents, approvals, and next actions.

For questions that are unclear, exceptional, or require human involvement, PolicyPilot can escalate the issue to HR and create a Freshworks ticket through MCP. This ensures that the agent does not simply guess when it does not have enough information.

The project combines policy retrieval, process guidance, voice interaction, and human escalation into one solution. Our goal is not to replace HR, but to reduce repetitive work and allow HR teams to focus more on cases that genuinely require human attention.
