What it does

Insurers are already using AI to draft these letters. The review layer doesn't exist yet. We built it. PolicyGuard AI intercepts every draft, runs deterministic policy checks, and flags hallucinations before they reach a patient. Allow, Revise, or Escalate to a human — most restrictive decision wins.
