Inspiration
My inspiration was the emotion of a teen becoming an adult. I wanted to capture the excitement of adulthood but also the sadness of saying goodbye to your childhood.
What it does
I feel like my music video stirs the memories of the viewers to their last fleeting moments of being teenagers.
How we built it
I used OpenArt for image and video generations and Suno for the music.
Challenges we ran into
I did have a lot of issues with lip-syncing so I was only able to include 2 singing scenes. I was hoping for 5 or more.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am proud of how the final project turned out. I think it matched my vision pretty well.
What we learned
I learned that even though a video generation may seem like AI craziness you might be able to still use it. For example I had to reverse a scene and cut another short then slow it down.
What's next for Polaroid Summer
Polaroid Summer has been released as a single on most music streaming platforms. I eventually will try and release a full album with the Polaroid Summer.
