Inspiration
The inspiration behind this product/service was to make existing services more accessible to persons who had lots of difficulty because of some disability or impairment, this would also help companies to save a lot of money by using AI to assist them in customer care reducing the cost of human labor.
What it does
The app helps customers to navigate through a bank by using voice or text input, customers can ask to transfer money, balance querying or ask about any information related to that specific bank.
How we built it
We built the frontend of the application with Flutter making it cross platform, the server in Java, and a notification service in node.js

This project is not only for a banking app it can be integrated with any system that has some form of customer care or human assissted service.
